DYNAMIC VITALITY
FOUR DIMENSIONS OF YOUR HEALTH
VAST INTELLIGENCE OF THE UNIVERSE IN YOUR BODY
The quantum view of life is that a person is not just a mechanical machine, you and your body are actually part of the vastly intelligent system of the universe.
This organization and intelligence is innate–inborn–in the body, and is transmitted through the nervous system. The nervous system is the master system that controls all the others, transmitting your life force to each and every part of the body – every system, organ, tissue, and cell; and it receives information back from all the parts as well. Your body is made to heal itself. It heals itself from the inside out, coordinated through the nervous system. The integrity and connectivity of your nervous system is a key factor of your overall health.
So the question is, if the body is made to heal itself, why do we sometimes have problems?
The nervous system breaks down from too much stress, injury and trauma. The body is one whole entity—but, for understanding and support, we look at it from four aspects, or dimensions of health. These are the physical/structural; emotional/mental; energetic; and biochemical dimensions of the body’s functioning. When there is too much stress on any of those aspects, the nervous system is negatively affected and cannot fully do its job of governing, nourishing and healing. Sooner or later, problems and symptoms show up. Addressing the problem at the cause, while strengthening and integrating the nervous system, allows for faster and deeper healing.
CONCEPTS REGARDING THE FOUR DIMENSIONS OF HEALTH
The four dimensions support and interact with each other. When one or more of these dimensions are out of balance, your health can be negatively affected.
Move me: Normal alignment of the physical body allows for optimal flow of the electrical energy of the nervous system, and optimal function of the vital organs. When the body is out of proper alignment, the flow of energy from the nervous system can be compromised, and vital organs compressed. Allowing these conditions to persist results in less energy and vitality, and eventually in disease. One expression of physical structure is posture. Nobel prize winner Dr. Roger Sperry stated that 90% of the brain’s energy is devoted to posture!
In my work, this dimension is addressed through 1) gentle and effective chiropractic adjustments, and 2) the core-developing work of Foundation Training.
Motivate me: The emotional aspect of health is a very important factor in overall health. Leading-edge science tells us that emotions are physiological events, transmitted by biochemical messengers. When emotions are not processed properly, they can create blockages and prevent normal healing. The limbic brain, which is the part of the brain that processes emotions, also has important roles in the proper functioning of the vital organs and physical movement, as well as thinking, decision-making and memory. Therefore, emotions affect not only physical health, but also one’s overall disposition, sense of well-being, and perceptions.
In my work, this aspect is addressed through 1) Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), an amazingly direct and effective way to discover and release emotional blockages, and 2) giving you tools to relate to your emotions in empowering ways.
Energize me: The body is not just flesh-and-blood, it also exists as an energy field. While some may doubt this aspect of health, the 5000-year-old system of Chinese medicine is based on this premise, with impressive results. In addition, the modern and rapidly expanding field of light therapy (such as infrared and laser healing) is based on the energetic nature of the body. This energy field can become imbalanced with stress, injuries, and trauma, and cause dysfunction. Recent scientific studies suggest that physical health can be negatively impacted by exposure to strong electromagnetic fields (EMF’s), exposure to cell phone radiation, and other electrical interference.
In my work, this dimension is addressed in two important ways: 1) the powerful neurological rehabilitation work of Quantum Neurology, which upgrades nervous system function by nerve activation and infrared light healing–providing increased health and performance; and 2) Applied Kinesiology (AK), which works with energy meridians in both the diagnosis and treatment of imbalances.
Nourish me: The biochemical aspect of health is well known, and is the basis for nutrition and drug approaches. Food, herbs, supplements, and pharmaceuticals are ways to impact biochemical balance. Also, biochemistry can be negatively affected by pollution of the environment and toxicity in food. The nervous system is symbiotic with biochemistry as the electricity of the nerve impulse depends on chemical interactions. The body’s biochemistry is extremely important for health, and is affected by the other three dimensions. For example, if the body’s vital organs are being negatively impacted by structural or emotional stress, good nutrition and supplements might not be properly digested and utilized, and won’t be enough to help the body respond to challenges posed by those stressors.
In my work, the biochemistry is supported with Nutrition Response Testing and other nutritional approaches. In addition, the vital organs that balance the chemistry sometimes need to be revitalized, using the healing approaches mentioned above: QN, NET, chiropractic per what is needed at that time.
CONCLUSION
These four dimensions support and interact with each other to create dynamic health and a vital and integrated nervous system. Although many healing approaches address just one dimension, at Quantum Vitality we find results that are often miraculous by considering and working with all four, in the order presented by the body to the discerning practitioner.
